Bummer. I gained half a pound yesterday when I weighed in at Jenny. I know exactly why, too. I didn't eat dinner until 8:30 the previous night because we were meeting with a new sitter and after work we met her to go over how she runs things. I had thought ahead and brought a few slices of cantaloupe but that didn't fill me up and I was starving at 4:30. Whenever you get so hungry that you feel shaky this is usually a sign that your body is so hungry it thinks maybe it's in starvation mode and stores what food energy you do have as fat. Hopefully after a few days of being back on my normal schedule my body will even out. Until then my consultant and I talked about natural activity (things like walking to your car, taking a walk, walking up stairs), physical activity (playing outside with your kids, a game of soccer), and planned activity (going to the gym). She suggested that this week I try mixing up the different kinds of activity. Wish me luck!
