07/14/11-Paula's Exercise/Food Diary: Thursday-

by Paula (Clean Eating Expert) 14. July 2011 19:32

Eating a clean eating, high fiber diet can help you manage your food plan because fiber makes you feel more full, but according to the Archives of Internal Medicine.  If your fiber intake is around 26 grams per day, you are 34% less likely to die from cardiovascular, infectious, or respiratory diseases than those who eat less fiber.

High amounts of fiber can be found in apples, broccoli, and many other vegetables.

Many people try powdered fiber supplements, but find the gassy side effects to be unacceptable.

Try new vegetables, bran cereal (however check the box for sugar, calories, fiber, and fat), or fruit to keep your fiber consumption high for better health.
